    • Once development work has started (e.g., design mockups, coding, content integration), refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Digital Marketing Services:

    • Refunds are not provided for marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media) once the strategy has been implemented, as costs are incurred for tools, ad spend, and labor.

    • If results fall significantly short of agreed-upon KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), we will work to rectify the issue before considering partial refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Custom Work: Once development, design, or content creation is completed and approved.

  • Third-Party Costs: Expenses for domains, hosting, plugins, licenses, or paid tools purchased on your behalf.

  • Consultation Fees: Paid strategy sessions or audits

3. How to Request a Refund

  • You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

  • Any remaining balance (after deducting completed work costs) may be refunded.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you’re unsatisfied with our services:

  1. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

  2. We will revise, rework, or adjust the project at no extra cost (if the request aligns with the original scope).

  3. Refunds are only processed if we cannot resolve the dispute satisfactorily.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

7. No Refunds For

  • Client-caused delays (e.g., late content submission, feedback, or approvals).

  • Changes to project scope after approval.

  • Results impacted by third-party platforms (e.g., Google algorithm updates, social media policy changes).
