Welcome to Bugstechy! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website development and digital marketing services. By engaging with Bugstechy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
“Client”: You, the individual or business purchasing services.
“Services”: Website development, design, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and related digital solutions.
“Deliverables”: Final products (e.g., websites, campaigns) provided to the Client.
Bugstechy agrees to provide Services as outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.
The Client must:
Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals.
Disclose all necessary information (e.g., logins, brand guidelines) for project completion.
Fees: Quoted upfront in the project proposal. Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Payment Schedule:
A 50% deposit is required to commence work.
Remaining balance is due [upon completion/based on milestones].
Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur a 5% monthly late fee or result in project suspension.
Client Ownership: Full rights to Deliverables are transferred to the Client after final payment.
Bugstechy Ownership: Retains rights to pre-existing materials (e.g., templates, code snippets) and may showcase Deliverables in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information (e.g., business strategies, trade secrets) confidential unless required by law.
Warranty: Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
No Guarantees: Bugstechy does not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, sales numbers) due to external factors (e.g., market changes, algorithm updates).
Liability Cap: Bugstechy’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.
By Client: May terminate with 15 days’ written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
By Bugstechy: May terminate for non-payment, breach of terms, or Client misconduct.
Post-Termination: Client must pay for work completed up to termination date.
Governed by our Refund Policy (link to your policy). Refunds are assessed per Section 1 of that policy.
Neither party is liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics)
Negotiation: Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations.
Mediation/Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes may escalate to mediation/arbitration in Montana.
Governing Law: Governed by the laws of USA.
